I’ve been discharged from the hospital and I’m now in a rehab facility trying to gain back my strength. I expect to be here about a week, and there really doesn’t seem to be any wi-fi anywhere in the building.

Recent Bluessky Posts- Seems to me there ought to be a problem if large numbers of women whose married names didn't match their birth names will need to get a passport in order to vote, and that passport will come with a partisan portrait. www.thebulwark.com/p/exclusive-... - If anything this post understates the case for the transparent idiocy of the new Comey indictment. I really wonder what the people who signed it think they are doing, and how they got that way. Good luck, Professor. I’m glad to hear you’re out of the hospital and on the mend.
I’m glad to hear you’re progressing, Michael. Take things as slow as you need to but not so slow that you get depressed. Getting better takes time!
So use the time to REST. Rehab is tiring enough, you don’t need to add to your energy drain by doing any kind of WORK – even e-mail or blogging.
Hope to see you back in your office soon.

Great to hear you’re doing better Professor, I hope recuperating is both prompt and easy!
Ohmigod, I clicked on your site a while back to find zero posts, and feared the worst… I’ve followed your blog for years, appreciating your wisdom and regretting, more than a few times, that I had decided against studying the law, considering that I might have had a teacher like you. May you find as much strength and vigor in your recovery as your students, colleagues, and Internet fans have found in your voice of compassionate, principled reason. Hi Michael,
My original get well message seems to have got lost somewhere in cyberlimbo so I’ll send it again. Best wishes for a speedy recovery from an old friend in Denmark!

Michael, I just learned about your situation from Ann Bartow. I’m so sorry to hear you’re slogging your way through these difficulties. But I’m glad you’re slogging! Hang in there, buddy!
I hope all you feel is pain!
It’s been a long struggle for you. I’m glad you’re fine now. Michael Sheds hopes you get well soon. Many of your followers would love to hear from you soon.
Get well soon! Relax and let indulge you!
But don’t forget, you can cope it if you believe on it and if you have a strong will.
