This was done by the same people who did the Best Buy prank you posted about last year (or maybe 2 years ago). I remember because I hadn’t heard of Improv Everywhere until I read about it on your blog.
The Best Buy and Target events were really good and they’ve done some other interesting things but I think this one was the best yet.
