Joe Biden is the senator from MBNA. I don’t trust him on financial matters, and I haven’t trusted him ever since he teamed up with Grassley to reform the bankruptcy act. Do you think Biden might want Congress to revisit the latest revisions to the bankruptcy law? I doubt it.
