Perils of Ratings

Usually when I’m complaining about ratings it’s US News or some such. But here’s another bad ratings service:
What's My Blog Rated?

This rating was determined based on the presence of the following words:

  • torture (10x)
  • hell (1x)

My personal homepage, however, is rated

    Uh oh – Discourse is going to the pitts, now it’s got a Dead x (1) to the string of other horrible things 😀

    I think their dictionary needs some refinement. Although my site is a “G” rating which is correct.

    I’m very tempted to let loose here with a string of swear words. But that would be fucked up.

    But if you just had dangerous (3x) and suicide (1x) you’d still be a G.
