I’d Really Rather Hear About Her Healthcare Plan

Much that is rancid about the state of mainstream American journalism is exemplified by this article in today's Washington Post, Hillary Clinton's Tentative Dip Into New Neckline Territory, which begins,

There was cleavage on display Wednesday afternoon on C-SPAN2. It belonged to Sen. Hillary Clinton.

It's enough to make you shrill.

at least they put it on the fashion page and not the op/ed page, but really, i don’t care about her cleavage either. her ideas about health care are likely to affect me though, and i really do need know about them.

then again, you can’t expect the paper to say much about her health care plans when even she doesn’t say anything substantive.

  2. It’s the style section. That’s what they write about.

Actually Hillary can look quite hot for a woman of advanced years. Seems to depend on the day. When she’s stressed she gets sort of gnarled and pruny looking which adds about 10 years (I’m referring to her face). Unless she uses the type of bra that can reliably keep things perky, she indeed has a set worth showing off. I mean why not … Obama was showing off his bod not so long ago in Hawaii, and that guy is seriously buffed.

I too would rather hear about her health care plan…However, Hillary is damned no matter what she does……as far as the press goes and those who just can’t see past their noses to recognize she is the most qualified candidate for the job. Her health care plan…..?? that would be feeding into the Republican shredding machine….Why do people have such short memories?? remember what they did to her twelve years ago??? It is a presidential race….like it or not politics are involved …Hillary is the smartest, most experienced candidate for the job….get used to saying Madame President !!
    Go Hillary!!!!
