The new Biden ad has lovely visuals with an at least overtly positive message.
Great audio too — that’s Sam Elliott doing the narration.

I live in another part of the world, and I wonder who the voters of America will choose this time.
This is what I have been waiting for. This is really the juxtaposition (at least the implied juxtaposition) that I believe will resonate with American voters. It is refreshingly positive and speaks to a message that most of us believe, at least most of the time – the things that unite us are greater than the things that divide us.
What’s a little disappointing is that I don’t see these ads on TV. If I have to go out and find ads, then they’re lost in the echo chamber. Its just preaching to the choir. Most of the ads I see on TV are ugly attack ads in the local congressional races, a few almost laughable Trump ads, and once in a while the powerful Biden ad on how health care is personal to him (the one that discusses the deaths of his wife and children). Maybe I’m just missing them, but it would be nice to see more of this on TV where a broader cross-section of voters are watching. How great would this ad have been to run on prime time network TV on Saturday during the Alabama v. Georgia game? Last I checked, Georgia might actually be up for grabs.
I read somewhere that they ran this ad during the World Series.
