- Need advice: how best to respond to this (pig butchering scam?) text from nameless 437 area code "I came across your name and thought I'd ask, how did we meet again?" Nah. I think it is another sign of how many people smoke pot every month.
Using the UM Law faculty as a microcosm of sorts, I think both Michael and fishbane are correct.
I see the “SpongeBob” crowd as similar to “Rocky & Bullwinkle” in my day. Simple action for the little kids, moderate friendship and beating the bad guys for the kids around 12, and heavy duty philosophy and fighting for rights and responsibility for the older crowd. If it covers all areas, what’s not to enjoy/think/love ?
My kids love this show, and half the time they have it on I find myself getting absorbed as well. Believe it or not, sometimes the show does communicate some pretty good insight into human relationships. It’s certainly more edifying than Southpark or Family Guy.
