Apparently this Office Depot CEO doesn’t shop at his own stores in the Washington, DC, area. His employees in Metropolitan Washington are rude and stupid. I think I’ll pass this complaint on to him and see if I get a response. Do you think that he will live up to his words?

Treating people like dirt is perfectly acceptable, of course, if you’re the Dean of a law school. Ours, for example, is famous for berating janitorial staff by bursting into their office and exclaiming, at the top of his/her lungs, “I’m _____, I’m the Dean of _______ Law School, and I want this place clean!”
