Prof. Kmiec holds a chair at Pepperdine. I wonder what his Dean, a guy by the name of Kenneth Starr, makes of his reasoning.
Kmiec will get a pass on this since Pepperdine is a Protestant school. I’m sure more than a few of Kmiec’s colleagues consider him as a “non-Christian,” hence he’ll be ignored.
