Scam? In Germany they have problems with people calling cell phones, and when the people call them back they get hit with a massive bill.
I could see the scam thing, if the call had connected, but all I got was a recording that the international call could not be completed as dialed.
Just one more good reason for my hard ‘n fast “You no leave message, me no call back” policy.
