    Curious that they didn’t mention Slesnick’s early decision not to run, his endorsement of Korge, and his ultimate decision to enter the election anyways. I would think that had some impact on splitting the vote to Cason’s advantage.

      Good observation. If that is the case, then just from a divide and conquer, and numbers standpoint, Cason benefited from Slesnick and Korge splitting the votes from the same demographic gene pool.
