I Don't Expect Much Sympathy For This

I don't expect much sympathy for this, but it was so cold out today that I had to wear a sweater. And we're running the heater in the house this evening. I'm told it could get down to to the low 40s (that's a few degrees centigrade) tonight.

We do expect a brief annual cold snap, but never this early in the year.

You are right...very little sympathy. Your low is our high in the Chicago area. Although I will be flying to Florida tomorrow for Thanksgiving. And I'm looking forward to sunny days with highs in the 70s.

For someone who's so opposed to torture, you do have something of the sadist in you, don't you?

I'm jealous. It still feels like August here (Honolulu).

Better here than Orlando, they had snow flakes on the grass last night! So the 48 degree Miami temperature at 8:00 a.m. didn't seem quite THAT bad to me today once I read that.
