Would-be data-haven and self-styled independent nation Sealand suffered a major fire, burning a substantial fraction of the nation's territory and requiring the evacuation of the entire resident population (one person).
It would appear that (a) a generator fire required evacuation, (b) nothing exogenous triggered the fire, (c) the "one person" on board requested airlift by the British coast guard, and (d) the coast guard obliged. Sure puts HavenCo's claims in perspective.
