suedthreatened with suit for a trademark violation by the military academy! As if this wasn't classic nominative fair use as per Playboy Enterprises, Inc., v. Wells, 279 F.3d 796 (9th Cir. 2002) and Century 21 Real Estate Corporation v. LendingTree, Inc. , 425 F.3d 211 (3d Cir. 2005)! Not to mention that the chance of confusing Graduates Against the War with a military academy seems somewhat low. As for the possible dilutive effect, if any, see nominative fair use again, not to mention the First Amendment... - Iraq today (and yesterday): Forget the hearts and minds, worry about the corrupt cops and militias
