Perhaps another Law Review would take the paper seriously. Or perhaps submitting it to an academic journal with a focus on word usage? After all, the word is universally used in America as verb, noun, adverb, adjective, gerund, and last but not least, explative.
This does not bode well for my new article, entitled “Cocksucker.”
Hhhmmm…I thought this was preempted…I recall the UM Law Review rejecting an article called “The Jurisprudence of the word Fuck” in 1999.
