Hip-Hip-Hooray!! on the Top Excellence award…and I bet yer still having loads’o’fun too. What more could a blogger ask for…eh?

  3. The Top Excellence award is underwritten by the Hooray for Everything Group, who you might remember from such superbowl half-time shows as “Salute to the Western Hemisphere” (the rockinest hemisphere of all!).

In the “real”, not blog world, these things usually come with a price tag: “You have been selected by an international board of experts as one of the 500 most influential people in your field. To receive a copy of ‘Who’s the Best in the World in xxx’ send $150 and you will also receive a suitable-for-framing certificate attesting to your hyperworthiness.'” Well worth it if your dean’s dumb enough to give you a merit raise that will compound for years.
