    As noted above, the link to the complaint is now working; Hoffman seems to have taken down his post, but I have no idea why….

    Sorry about that. The post went up before I was done working on it, and I haven’t had time to go back and edit it over the last few days. The complaint is interesting – I think not R.11 frivolous but no chance on the merits.
