    Well, if we are going to lard the posts with references to old jokes, let’s go to the ur-joke versions. I didn’t complain about “Whitefish” being mangled, but the one you link to here lost some of its vigor. Originally, “…the Lone Ranger turned to Tonto and said ‘well, Kemosabe*, I guess we’ve had it.” To which Tonto replied “Where do you get that ‘we’ shit White Man?”
